Step Three: Get some help, Soon!
Step Four: Find someone you know who has been here before, ask where they got help
Step Five: When you get help, listen and learn some new skills to cope
Step Six: When ready, share with those close to you, how you are feeling NOW!
Step Seven: Make the changes in your life for the better as you see it now
Step Eight: Forgive YOURSELF now! and go on living, it gets better with time....
